Where will Astral Plans be held?
Astral Plans will take place at a magical, historic property located 90 minutes south of Paris, easily accessible by car or train (shuttles to the festival will be available from the nearest train station). The property features 100 acres of private forest, multi-centennial trees, a pool, and a 400-year-old castle, which will be open to festival-goers. The experience will unfold both indoors and outdoors. Access details will be sent to attendees a month before the event.
When will the festival take place?
Our Portal doors will open on Wednesday, August 13th at 2pm and close on Monday, August 18th at noon, for five full days of vibrant adventures.
What should I wear?
Astral Plans is a festival of full color and full expression. While you’re welcome to wear comfortable clothing during the workshop days, every attendee is expected to dress in the most magical version of themselves from the moment we begin our Group Magic (Saturday night) until the festival ends (Monday noon). Just be yourself, just have fun!
What will I eat?
Delicious, nutritious, organic, and healthy vegan meals are freshly prepared by our kitchen team. Meals are available at least three times daily during workshop days, and nearly 24/7 during the celebration. Additional snacks and treats can be found throughout the festival grounds from dedicated vendors.

Where will I sleep?
All admission tickets entitle you to bring your own tent and camp in the designated camping area. On our ticketing page, you will also find beautiful lodging options such as castle bedrooms or top-notch glamping tents (please proceed to application to receive the ticketing link).
Will I need cash onsite?
Astral Plans is a fully cashless festival. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a bracelet that you can top up via credit card. Any unused balance can be refunded to you through PayPal up to one month after the festival ends.
Should I bring anything special?
Astral Plans is a plastic-free festival, and we strive to drastically reduce waste. We kindly ask that you bring your own cup, plate, and cutlery. These items will also be available for purchase at our boutique if needed. A washing station will be located next to the main kitchen.
Can I park on site?
Whenever possible, we recommend that attendees arrive by train or through carpooling (a carpooling link will be sent to attendees 4 to 6 weeks in advance). Limited parking is available on-site outside the grounds, and a few RV/van parking permits can be purchased on our ticketing page.
Can I leave the festival ground during the 5 days?
Astral Plans is an intimate, transformational experience. As a temporary family for 5 days, we come together to elevate both our individual and collective frequencies on a carefully curated journey. Therefore, we kindly ask attendees to arrive early enough to participate in the workshops, no later than Friday afternoon. Leaving the site and returning during the event is not permitted.
