Depending on the number of shifts you choose to volunteer for, you have access to tickets at a degressive price and to free drinks and meal vouchers.
All participative tickets are paid along with a deposit which will be refunded after the festival.
For 3 shifts (3 x 6 hours) : reduced ticket price of 95€ + 3 drinks & 3 meals –
Refundable deposit is 325€
For 2 shifts (2 x 6 hours) : reduced ticket price of 250€ + 2 drinks & 2 meals –
Refundable deposit is 170€
For 1 shift (1 x 6 hours) : reduced ticket price of 390€ + 1 drink & 1 meal –
Refundable deposit is 100€

Volunteer Roles Included:
Portal / Welcome team :
Welcome the event guests and make sure they have all the info they need
Kitchen :
Contribute by helping prepare delicious and inspiring dishes throughout the event
Bar Service :
Keep our guests hydrated and happy. This is for you in particular if you have previous bar experience.
Space upkeep (Radiant Squad) :
Maintain our magical event beautiful, ordered and trash-free
Participant Care (Light keepers) :
Ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable, and be ready to provide support if necessary
Build up & Deco :
Create the magic setting of our event (volunteering in this team is not organised in 6 hours-shifts but in full-day shifts before the event. A minimum of 2 days of presence before the event is required. If you wish to be part of this team, please choose the 3 shifts ticket option. Applicable ticket price is 95 € + deposit)
Artist Care / Stage Managers :
Be the contact point of artists and make sure they have all they need to make them feel at home. (volunteering in this team is not organised in 6 hours-shifts. Instead, you are assigned a number of artists to welcome and to look after. If you wish to be part of this team, please choose the 3 shifts ticket option. Applicable ticket price is 95 € + deposit)
Media :
Make sure the magic of the moment doesn’t fall into oblivion by taking videos around the event, especially if you are an experienced after-movie maker.
